Conversations, Leads & Submissions
Everything visitors send your agent is captured in the dashboard. There are three places to review it.
Conversations
The Conversations view lists every chat session, newest first, with the visitor's language and the day it happened. Use the day filter to narrow the list.
Click any row to open the full transcript in the right panel — instantly, with the detail loaded on demand. In the transcript:
- Visitor and bot messages are shown as a normal chat thread.
- Human-agent messages (from a Telegram handoff) are highlighted in amber and labeled with the operator's name, so you can tell them apart from the bot.
This is the best way to see what visitors actually ask — and to spot questions your content doesn't answer yet.
Leads
The Leads tab collects everything submitted through Lead Capture: name, email, phone, and the date collected. Use Export CSV to download the full list for your CRM or email tool.
Submissions
The Submissions tab collects everything submitted through Custom Forms and Builder widgets.
- Submissions are grouped by form — pick a form from the pill selector at the top.
- Each form gets its own table, with one column per field in that form.
- Select rows with the checkboxes to bulk delete, or use Export CSV (Excel-friendly) to download.
Lead-form entries stay in the Leads tab — they are not duplicated here.
Tips
- Skim Conversations weekly to find gaps in your knowledge base, then add the missing answers as FAQ or documents.
- Export Leads and Submissions regularly, or wire a webhook on custom forms to push data into your tools in real time.
